Morning and welcome to Thursday’s Ships Blog. Weather overcast and windy this morning, blowing around 18 to 25 knots with a couple of showers. Tomorrow looking a brighter day and the weekend currently set for sunshine and showers with plenty of wind. There was some activity in the harbour yesterday with a few boats grabbing the opportunity to get out on the water plus a couple of the fishing boats from the this marina went out. Its all hands to the pump at the moment with the Shipwreck Restaurant and Pub getting it ready for this weekend’s opening after it’s refurbishment. Even Andy from the yard has turned his hand to some plumbing to help out. In the yard we had a new arrival called ‘Ruby Tuesday’ a Dufour 40. She has been lifted ashore for survey and to have some work done on her keel.
