Morning all and welcome to the final Ships Blog for 2022. Thank you to everyone who have paid their mooring fees on time and a reminder to those that have not to let us know as soon as possible what your intentions are for 2023. The Control Tower and lock will be manned and operational over the whole of the Christmas period as usual. So if you want to go out on your boat, on Christmas day, you can! The lockmasters will be carrying out patrols day and night to keep an eye on all the boats. The weather forecast for the festive period looks to be relatively stable in terms of temperature i.e. no major cold snaps heading our way. The water has been turned back on through out the marina following last weeks cold snap.
