Ships Blog 23rd March 2018

Good morning and welcome to the pre-weekend ships blog. Forecast looking reasonably settled over the weekend although not too much sunshine about I am afraid. Next week looking unsettled with rain on Tuesday. Things firming up with the next cold snap possibly arriving as early as next Thursday. Notices to Mariners issued this morning from Harwich Haven Authority indicate that the western pontoon of Ha’Penny Pier will not be back in the by 30th March as the refurbishment work is ongoing. Finally the entrance channel to the marina has been dredged prior to the start of the season and is now down to 2M below chart datum. Have a good weekend.
