Morning all and welcome to Friday’s Ships Blog. Weather great today and the forecast for the weekend looking good as well. Wind staying mainly in the north and east force 3 to 4. Thirty four visiting yachts locked in yesterday, mainly Dutch and Belgium vessels and quite a number have been locking out this morning. This morning the North Sea race got under way just outside of Harwich Harbour. Favourite to take line honours when they arrive in Scheveningen is a brand new Dutch Volvo Ocean 65, Team Brunel.
