Morning and welcome to Fridays Ships Blog. Very warm and sunny today here at the marina, temperature already heading into the twenties! Forecast for tomorrow looking a little damp in the morning and Sunday fairing much better with more sunshine about. Don’t forget this Saturday sees the 53rd Annual Barge Match Race starting from Pinmill sailing club. The first of the boats should be coming past Shotley Spit around 9 to 9.30 in the morning and will make a spectacular site to see.
