Morning all and welcome to today’s Ships Blog. Well guess what, its still blowing old boots, strongest gust today 37 knots at nine o’clock this morning. Direction is still south west although the temperature is a relatively mild 10 degrees. Looks like the wind will drop off tonight and definitely by lunchtime tomorrow. Temperatures appear to be falling a little by the weekend and there are still hints of some colder weather arriving by the mid or end of the month. In the yard the lads have been launching ‘Caroline’ a Vancouver 28 sold by the owner and leaving us soon and also moving ‘Raine Storm’ over to the crane ready to bring her ashore.
