Successful mini lock closure this morning to investigate a hydraulic leak on the ground penstock hydraulic ram, tower side of the lock. Its now been fixed and we are operational again thanks to the efficient work done by Andy, Craig, Biff and Baz. Mirror calm in the harbour today with the forecast looking good for the remainder of the week. Free flow is predicted to begin at 13.20pm this afternoon and will probably last for thirty minutes at least. Todays picture is of the pilot boat St Cuthbert coming in to the marina for a lift.
