Morning all. The story of the day is the flood warnings out for the east coast. This mornings predicted surge for the harbour has died away so far and now everyones attention is turning to the tide tonight at 00.32hrs. At the moment the surge is predicted to reach 1.38m above prediction. We are of course keeping a close eye on the situation. All the boats in the marina will be checked and will be safe during any surge. During any surge we will suspend operation of the lock for safety reasons ( not that we think we will see much demand!) We will keep you posted as best we can.
